Exchange and Return Policy
Products not eligible for exchange or return:
- Products such as (sheets, pillows of all kinds, quilts, mattress toppers, prayer mats, perfumes, all accessories).
- Any products that have been modified, altered, or washed.
- Orders for manufacturing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as are invoices purchased during seasonal sales.
The customer has the right to exchange or return products that are eligible for exchange and return if the product is unsuitable for him for any reason, subject to the following conditions:
1- Product condition
- The product must be in its original condition.
- It was not removed from the packaging bag.
- The outer and inner casings were not removed.
- During the warranty period, the company guarantees the replacement of the mattress in case of sagging by more than 3 cm. The technical report is the one adopted by the company to approve the replacement of mattresses after fulfilling the conditions.
- The warranty does not cover the use of incorrect cleaning materials or methods, such as the use of caustic or corrosive materials on fabrics.
- The warranty does not cover mattresses that have been exposed to any liquids, dirt, or cuts, or that are placed on spring bases, beds with widely spaced wooden slats, damaged or broken wooden bases, or any damage resulting from misuse.
- The company guarantees delivery of products only once, according to the shipping and delivery policy published in the store. Otherwise, the customer bears any additional costs.
2- Cost of replacement or return
- The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs in case of exchange and return.
3- Exchange or return period
- We guarantee a one-time return or exchange of the product unless it has a manufacturing defect, within one day of the date of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition as sold, without removing or opening the packaging.
4- Timeframe for refund:
- Returns are only processed through the original payment method and will be processed within 4 to 21 days depending on the credit card bank.
- If the purchase is made through installment companies, the order is not subject to modification and the company is not responsible for the amount paid.
5 - Method of exchange or return:
- Contact customer service via WhatsApp.
- Please provide the order number to complete the return process.
- The original invoice must be brought.
